Brite Wheels vs Cherry Bomb ā which do you need?
Brite Wheels is your regular wheel cleaner ā use it every wash to remove brake dust and surface grime quickly and safely. Cherry Bomb is a specialist iron remover for that brown, embedded fallout that won't shift with normal cleaning. For best results, use Cherry Bomb for a deep decontamination every month or two, and Brite Wheels every wash in between.
Why it works
- Acid-free alkaline formula ā safe on all factory-finished alloys, painted wheels, and chrome. No risk of pitting, etching, or stripping lacquer that acid cleaners can cause.
- Concentrated ā dilutes up to 1:9 ā one 5L container gives you up to 50L of cleaning solution, making it exceptional value for regular use or trade work.
- Fast-acting ā spray on, leave briefly, agitate with a wheel brush if needed, rinse off. Most grime lifts with minimal effort.
- Streak-free rinse ā clean formula washes away completely, leaving no residue on wheel faces or spokes.
- Safe on tyres and trim ā won't bleach or degrade rubber tyres, plastic arch liners, or painted calipers with normal use.
How to use
- Ensure wheels are cool to the touch.
- Rinse wheels with water to remove loose dirt.
- Dilute to the required concentration (see below) and spray or apply to the wheel surface.
- Allow 2ā3 minutes dwell time.
- Agitate with a wheel brush, paying attention to spokes and barrel edges.
- Rinse thoroughly with a hose or pressure washer.
Dilution guide
- Heavy soiling ā 1 part Brite Wheels to 3 parts water (1:3)
- Medium soiling ā 1:5
- Light soiling / maintenance wash ā 1:9
