Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based on weight and vary with the shipping address. Small items up to two kilos are sent by Royal Mail or Hermes. Larger items are sent by DPD or Fedex. DPD/Fedex operate different rates for the Highlands of Scotland, all offshore islands and Northern Ireland. These rates are calculated automatically at the checkout.
At present our online shop only calculates shipping to destinations in the UK, Channel Islands and Southern Ireland. For shipping destinations outside the British Isles please contact us.
Lost / Non-Delivery/ Delayed / Missing / Incorrect or Damaged Goods
Auto Rae-Chem cannot accept liability for goods that have been signed for at the delivery address. If your parcel is returned to us we will have to re-charge a new delivery charge. We cannot accept any liability for any shortages / damaged etc that are not reported to us within 48 hours after your delivery has arrived also incorrect goods and any goods damaged 48 hours after delivery. If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with on the outside please sign for it as damaged or tampered with. In the rare occasion there is a delay either with the Royal Mail or Parcelforce's delivery time scale we will not be held responsible for this delay as it is out of our control.
Delivery Times
Small items are send 2nd Royal Mail and should arrive within 3-5 days Larger items are sent next day / 2 days with UK mail carriers. This requires a signature.
