Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.
